Power  of One Yoga, LLC promotes the foundation of yoga which is the Oneness of all living things on earth and the known Universe. Since its inception in 2001, Power of One Yoga LLC has been in the forefront of introducing the practice of Yoga and basic concepts of Ayurveda to urban communities as a way of contributing to the paradigm shift in how we think about our health and happiness. Power of One Yoga, LLC explores ways to integrate the ancient wisdom of yoga within the framework of Western ideology.  Research is conducted to discover those authentic roots of this ancient healing system to serve our physical and spiritual needs to support health, wellness and quality of life.

2012 WORKSHOPS 

BEYOND ASANA is a series of workshops that focus on aspects of yoga that go beyond body-focused practices.  The series is designed to explore the mental and spiritual aspects and the underlying philosophy and diverse approaches to yoga.  The first workhshop in the series to be offered in 2012 is:

THE ENERGETICS OF ALCHEMY: YOGA, ASTROLOGY AND AYURVEDA  - The ancient masters understood the nature and relationship between  magic and manifestation.  They worked with the tattwas or elements to create alchemy,  the power or process to transform something common into something special. They understood the essence of energy and how to work with it for personal transmutation.  If you've ever wondered what impact the stars and planets have on the reality of your life, how to understand the energies that your innate nature, in the foods you eat and balancing the energies and working with the universal elements, come to this one-day introductory workshop to gain deeper understanding and practical application of energetics and how to transform your life through yoga, astrology and ayurveda -- the keys to self knowledge.
