"I love to introduce new students to yoga, meditation and ayurvedic self-care practices. These practices have been important factors in my life and have helped me to make more productive decisions and to move in positive directions. I like to share these ancient teachings with others so they, too, can seek a path and purpose that supports and improves their lives. Yoga and meditation are important keys to increased self awareness that help us better manage stress, reduce fears and alleviate the worries that come with living in today's world."
