You will learn about the properties, actions, and processes for extracting their nutritional and medicinal essences. You will be guided on how choose plants for your therapeutic garden, and what materials you will need to make herbal medicine. You will also learn the basic language of herbal medicine and a variety of techniques for extraction and how to combine plants to create your own infusions, tinctures, decoctions, poultices, salves, creams and powders.
